NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-28 of Harry Pat and Joni Rivera in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a twenty-five percent reduction in the front yard setback for construction of a garage. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., August 21, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
