NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will hold an administrative public hearing on Tuesday, July 27th, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:

The applicant, Lisa Reynolds (representative of Mudslinger’s Coffee) is requesting approval of Administrative Use Permit application AUP 2021-07 and corresponding environmental filing Categorical Exemption CE 2021-06 to allow a drive to through/walk up coffee shop located at 14760 Olympic Drive, further described as APN 039-570-18 in the Mixed Use Commercial (MUX) zoning district.
