NOTICE OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING FOR APPROVAL OF MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 21-39);  DESIGN REVIEW (DR 21-04); & CEQA EXEMPTION (CE 21-85)  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Zoning Administrator will consider  approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 21-39); Design Review (DR 21-04); CEQA Exemption (CE  21-85) on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 9:10 a.m. No public hearing is being scheduled unless  a written request for a hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M. on January 24, 2022, to the Community  Development Department at 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA 95453 (Courthouse). Should a timely  request for a public hearing be filed, a hearing will be held on February 2, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in  Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse. The proposed project is located at 5400 Gaddy  Lane, Kelseyville, CA 95451, APN: 024-071-69.  

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To consider approval of a 69-unit affordable housing  project on approximately 4.82 acres, in the Multi-Family Residential “R3” zoning district, in  accordance with Lake County Zoning Ordinance Article 12, Section 12.5 (c), Article 50, Section  50.1 through 50.12, Article 56, Section 56.1 through 56.12, and Article 36, Section 36.4 (a).  

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a statutory exemption applies to multi-family and  mixed-use family projects which are exempt from the provisions of CEQA as specified in Public  Resources Code (PRC), Division 13, Chapter 4.5, Article 6, Section 21159.25 (AP 1804).  

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS The staff report is available for review through the  Community Development Department, Planning Division. If you challenge the action of the  Zoning Administrator on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those  issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered  to the Lake County Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
