      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 1, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 6, 2007 at 2:00 P.M., in Conference Room “C” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
