Wednesday, Aug. 15


12:26 p.m. A couple of cows reported in the roadway on Siegler Canyon Road, one and one-half miles from Highway 29.


12:36 p.m. Defective traffic signals on northbound Highway 29 at Highland Springs Road.


3:32 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 at mile marker 41. Big rig may be overturned; load of pears reportedly spilled.


3:36 p.m. Both the northbound and southbound traffic signals reported out on Highway 29 at Highland Springs Road.


5:06 p.m. Traffic collision with major injuries on Lakeview near Calpine. Subject reportedly was ejected and trapped under their vehicle. Scene is located several miles up a dirt road.


5:22 p.m. Driver went off the road into a garage at 3171 Spring Street at Black Oak Street in Nice. No injuries reported.

 

 

Tuesday, Aug. 14


8:37 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 29 just south of Argonaut.


9:50 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 20 one mile east of Paradise Cove. Gray Chevy Tahoe versus a white Chrysler LeBaron.


11:17 a.m. Solo vehicle rollover on Highway 29 at Diener Drive. Minor injuries reported.


6:24 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on westbound Highway 20 just west of Pingree.

  

Monday, Aug. 13


7:21 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on westbound Highway 20 at Sulphur Bank Drive, Clearlake Oaks.


7:39 a.m. Two sedans in a collision with no injuries on Highway 29 at Highway 175/Cobb.


10:54 .m. German shepherd in the road on Highway 29 between Kelseyville Auto and the propane place.


4:23 p.m. Three vehicle collision on Butts Canyon Road at Highway 29 with minor injuries. Involved were a blue Subaru, a silver Honda and a Jeep Cherokee. Two males were trapped in one of the vehicles but were rescued.


8:50 p.m. Two-vehicle traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 in front of the Valero in Nice.

 

Sunday, Aug. 12


12:03 p.m. Vehicle over the side of the road on Highway 20 at mile marker 38. Vehicle rolled over and is on its side in the ditch.


12:58 p.m. Vehicle versus dog on Highway 20 at Colusa Street.


4:01 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at Harbin Springs Road at Big Canyon Road. Solo vehicle traffic collision, with vehicle off the roadway.


8:09 p.m. Ten to 12 horses on the roadway running on Highway 20 just east of Cache Creek.

 

Saturday, Aug. 11


11:09 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Seventh Street at Highway 20, Lucerne. Motorcycle versus vehicle.


11:39 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at First Avenue at Highway 20.


3:41 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Soda Bay Road, one and a half miles west of Gaddy Lane. 

 

Friday, Aug. 10


5:49 a.m. Blue Chevy truck stalled in the middle of Highway 29 at Live Oak in Kelseyville.


6:27 a.m. Oak tree across the roadway in the 3000 block of Hendricks Road at Scotts Valley.


10:52 a.m. Construction vehicles in the road lanes at 4700 Hawaina at Fairway, Clear Lake Riviera.


11:05 a.m. Branches in the roadway on Highway 29 just north of Siegler Canyon.


11:19 a.m. Oak tree has fallen on the road at Lakeshore Boulevard at Rainbow Road, Lakeport. Tree is blocking the southbound lane.


12:39 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Hill Road at the jail turnoff. A man blacked out and drove off the roadway.


4:54 p.m. Solo vehicle rollover at 6768 Kelsey Creek Drive at Stahli, Kelseyville. Vehicle is on fire, subject is trying to flee the scene.


6:30 p.m. Traffic collision with major injuries at 20700 Jerusalem Grade Road at Canyon Road. Solo motorcycle accident. Subject being flown to hospital. Witnesses say driver had been drinking. Blood draw ordered.


10:59 p.m. Two-vehicle collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 at Lakeview Drive, Nice.


11:09 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 29/St. Helena.

 

Thursday, Aug. 9


7:41 a.m. Caller reports something fell off a semi truck and hit their car at 1952 Big Valley Road at Shirley Avenue.


12:03 p.m. White Ford Tempo versus a white truck on southbound Highway 20 just north of Bell Hill Road, Kelseyville.


7:38 p.m. Large St. Bernard walking in the roadway on Highway 175 at Highway 29 near Wasson Veterinary Clinic.


7:57 p.m. Wood debris across all lane on Highway 29 just south of Highway 20. 

 

Wednesday, Aug. 8


5:32 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Third Street at Guard in Kelseyville. Silver Ford versus a blue four-door Kia.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 7


3:20 a.m. Boat on fire on the side of Morgan Valley Road, four miles from Highway 29.


3:51 a.m. Dead deer in the middle of the roadway on Highway 29 at mile marker 12.

 

Monday, Aug. 6


2:09 p.m. Traffic collision with major injuries in Indian Valley area. Male hurt in ATV accident, transported by private vehicle to Cal Fire station in Wilbur Springs. Life-flighted to hospital.


6:12 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Highway 175/Cobb near Cobb Elementary. No property damage.


6:52 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at 12868 First St., Clearlake Oaks.


9:17 p.m. Man walking in and out of traffic on Highway 20, one-half mile east of Robinson Rancheria.

 

Sunday, Aug. 5


11:25 p.m. Tree blocking the entire roadway on Hotel Road at Country Club Drive in Lucerne.


3:51 p.m. Vehicle hit a fawn at 9847 Konocti Bay Road at Iroquois, it's struggling in the roadway. Requests permission to dispatch deer. Timberline Disposal to pick up dead deer Monday.


8:32 p.m. Two-vehicle collision with no injuries at Seigler Canyon Road, one-half mile from Highway 29 near Lower Lake.


Saturday, Aug. 4


12:51 a.m. Subject found sleeping in a vehicle on Highway 29 just north of Hofacker.


10:06 p.m. Blue Toyota pickup at Riggs Road at Scotts Valley is overheated and sitting on the side of the road with smoke coming out from under the hood. Call sent to fire department.


Friday, Aug. 3


8:38 a.m. Complaint about the road crew on Highway 20 at Blue Lakes construction area. There was almost a collision because a driver didn't realize they needed to slow for construction. At 9:35 a.m. it's reported that a big rig is tipped over on its side.


9:11 a.m. Elderly driver going the wrong way on southbound Highway 29 from the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Heading northbound in southbound lane.


1:38 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29 at Highway 53 in Lower Lake. Black Toyota Rav4 versus an aqua work truck.


2:10 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on State at Gaddy. Vehicle versus telephone pole. Driver and pole OK, although Pacific Gas & Electric is advised that the pole has some splintering.


5:57 p.m. Double-fatal traffic collision on Highway 20 just east of Ceago Vinegarden, Nice. Car went out of control, hit two other cars. Two deaths, one minor injury. Road closed for four hours while CHP conducted investigation.


6:09 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Soda Bay Road in front of Konocti Harbor Resort.


Thursday, Aug. 2


2:06 a.m. Vehicle off the roadway with one minor injury on Gaddy at Soda Bay. Accident was a rollover, one person has a fractured thumb, another has an open wound. Sent to Sutter Lakeside.


8:44 p.m. Cow in the roadway on Highway 20 at Upper Lake. Cow is now back in the pasture but the caller is concerned it will go back onto the road.


Wednesday, Aug. 1


9:12 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on northbound Highway 29 just south of Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Small pickup versus deer. Caller said they saw the deer fly into the air.


3:47 p.m. Loose tire from a trailer hit two vehicles on southbound Highway 29 one mile north of Hidden Valley.
