1:38 a.m. – Caller reports car went into Scotts Creek. Referred to another agency.


5:50 a.m. – Caller on Armstrong reports someone may be outside of her home because her dogs are barking. Requests area check. Gone on arrival.


7:23 a.m. – A male subject reported lying on the ground with no shirt in the 1900 block of Lakeshore Boulevard. Someone is there trying to get him up and into a vehicle; he says he was hit by a car. Arrest made.


10:17 a.m. – Report taken for penal code/other offenses at police station.


10:23 a.m. – Caller reports receiving threats from a female at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 Forbes St. Report taken.


10:56 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported at High and 20th.


4:50 p.m. – Ukiah CHP issues be on the lookout for a reckless female driver cutting off other drivers on 11th and N. Main.


5:29 p.m. – Assist with Lake County Animal Care and Control on call at Fourth and N. High. Dog reportedly tangled in a rope tied to a tree, with no food or water.


6:06 p.m. – Noise disturbance in the 900 block of S. Forbes. Caller reports 10 males and two females are drinking and playing loud music. Has been occurring every day, they called last week, too.


6:27 p.m. – Caller reports loud music being played in the 2000 block of Lakeshore Boulevard. Music is so loud it's vibrating their walls. Ongoing problem.


6:53 p.m. – Open door reported at business in 2300 block of S. Main.


7:34 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lakeport Boulevard and Ashe.


7:43 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Highway 29 and Thomas Drive, Kelseyville.


7:58 p.m. – Caller reports a 60-year-old man is sexually harassing his wife at location in the 1000 block of Martin. Warning issued.


10:19 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 300 block of S. Martin.
