Lakeport Police logs: Tuesday, June 24

12:30 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Mellor and 16th.


9:45 a.m. – Report taken for vandalism on Boggs Lane.


10:36 a.m. – Problem with a customer at the recycling center in the 1000 block of 11th. Gone on arrival.


2:59 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Third and Main.


4:20 p.m. – Report taken for a guitar found on a strip of grass near the Third Street boat launch.


5:13 p.m. – Caller reports someone nailed aluminum bands to her tree on Howard Avenue, part of ongoing problem.


7:01 p.m. – About a quarter-mile offshore between Library Park and Willow Point, a low-profile sculling boat with two people in it has overturned. Another rowing boat with eight people is trying to help them get the boat turned over without success.


9:30 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop at N. Main and 11th.


9:47 p.m. – Music disturbance reported on Esplanade. Loud music with four to five kids making noise around a vehicle for more than 30 minutes. Gone on arrival.


11:04 p.m. – Report taken for vandalism reported on S. Forbes. Twenty-year-old female subject reportedly stabbed all of caller's tires.
