8:22 p.m. – Caller reports a problem behind the gazebo. They can see someone on the ground with others standing around. Report taken.

8:22 p.m. – Male subject reported down and unconscious, blood at nose and mouth, behind bathrooms in Library Park.

8:42 p.m. – Caller reports finding a deceased cat with suspicious surroundings at Martin and S. Starr.

11:28 p.m. – Woman reports a suspicious vehicle parked in front of her residence on Todd Road with a male subject walking around in her yard.

11:31 p.m. – Report taken for shoplifter in the 1000 block of 11^th. A 16-year-old attempted to walk out of the store with a liquor bottle in his jacket.
