Lakeport Police logs: Saturday, Nov. 15

12:19 a.m. ‒ Officer-initiated activity for suspicious vehicle at the Fifth Street boat ramp parking lot. Report taken, juveniles released on cite.


9:41 a.m. ‒ Lake Transit reports a problem with a female subject who is refusing to get off the bus at 11th and Polk.


10:50 a.m. ‒ Caller from S. Main believes a neighbor may have trapped his cat.


11:53 a.m. ‒ Two white male adults reportedly dragging a white male juvenile down the street at Howard Avenue and Rainbow Road. Checks OK.


12:39 p.m. ‒ Caller reports that two nights ago two men came into her residence and advised they were peace officers and to be quiet. Checks OK.


2:13 p.m. ‒ Female subject reported to be in a business on 11th harassing customers.


5:47 p.m. ‒ Caller reports hearing a woman screaming and being assaulted near the restrooms at Will-O-Point resort. The woman screaming is reported to be pregnant. Checks OK.


6:10 p.m. ‒ Male subject at business on 11th Street has been detained for shoplifting.


8:06 p.m. ‒ Residential burglary reported on 15th. Caller reports coming home to find someone had been in her home; doesn't know if the person is still inside.


8:46 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop at Ninth and Main.


8:54 p.m. ‒ Approximately 10 to 15 male and female juveniles associated with three vehicles parked on the east side of business in the 800 block of Lakeport Boulevard are drinking alcohol, yelling and making obscene hand gestures to patrons as they pass. Gone on arrival.


9:11 p.m. ‒ Officer-initiated activity on N. Forbes. Looks like he found most of the stolen property from the previous break-in. Report taken.


9:40 p.m. ‒ A gray Isuzu Trooper, which may have been involved in the break-in on 15th, was seen in that area again. Gone on arrival.


9:52 p.m. ‒ Family disturbance on Mellor Drive. Caller reported a male subject is trying to throw her out of the house. The two parties are currently separated; it's been a verbal-only fight but the caller said she heard the male subject throw something at the door. Heard a male voice come into the room then the line went dead.


10:16 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop at Bevins and Lakeport Boulevard.
