1:39 a.m. – Water running out of a broken pipe into the roadway in the 300 block of N. Main. Referred to another agency.

11:23 a.m. – Caller reports a male is trying to get a female into his car, states she is overdosed on valium. Occurred in the 1100 block of 11^th.

1:38 p.m. – A White male adult reportedly grabbed his 2-year-old child by the face and threw him down on the ground, pulled his up by the hair and dragged him into his truck. Occurred in the 400 block of Martin. Checks OK.

1:58 p.m. – Female in a yard screaming that she is going to kill herself. She keeps driving off and returning. Occurred in the 1200 block of Hartley.

5:19 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1100 block of S. Main.

5:43 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1300 block of S. Main.

5:46 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Green and Sayre.

5:51 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 500 block of N. Main.

6 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1800 block of N. High.

6:02 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange.

6:16 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Hartley and 15^th.

6:28 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at 16^th and Hartley.

6:34 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Hartley and 20^th.

11:05 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard.

11:46 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at N. Main and First.
