Lakeport Police logs: Tuesday, March 3

5:37 a.m. – Man arrested at parents' home on N. Main after reportedly stealing checks and placing them in his account.


9:20 a.m. – Drunk driver reported in parking lot of business in the 1000 block of Lakeport Boulevard.


9:45 a.m. – Report taken for problem with a subject at business in the 1000 block of N. Main.


10:53 a.m. – Caller from N. Russell Street reports her son hasn't been seen since Thursday.


12:41 a.m. – Clear Lake High reports a student who may be under the influence of drugs.


1:25 p.m. – Possible drunk driver in a store on Parallel Drive. Arrest made.


1:36 p.m. – Report of public intoxication at business on Parallel Drive.


2:48 p.m. – Caller from First reports a tenant is being evicted and they believe the tenant is smoking marijuana because he can smell it.


4:15 p.m. – Possible drunk driver on 11th. Black Volkswagen swerving all over the roadway and into oncoming traffic.


5:11 p.m. – Husband and wife in an argument on Central Park. Wife can be heard screaming in the background. Husband said the wife is hitting herself. Their three children are on scene.


6:29 p.m. – Report taken for box of marijuana that someone was trying to ship through a business in the 1200 block of Craig Avenue.
