HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The HVL Men’s Niners Golf Club held a pinehurst – or two-man – tournament on Thursday, Nov. 6.

The results were:

– “A” flight: The team of Dennis Bero/Mike Henley took first with a combined net of 30. Keith Ipsen/Tom Marshall, Dave Mann/Mike Casolo and Bill Eagleton/Randy Brown tied for second at 31.

– “B” flight: Jim Hodges/Jay Hodges and Al Burrows/Phil Tyler tied for first with the lowest net of the day, 29. Olie Smith/Bob Costello was third, 30.

Closest to the par 3 pins were Bob Chesnut and Bill Lyon.

Chip-ins were scored by Dennis Bero. Mike Henley and Don Holland.

Fifty-two men participated in this event.
