CLEARLAKE OAKS – The Clearlake Oaks Community United Methodist Church will hold its sixth annual Gala Barbecue on Saturday, Sept. 6.

The event will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at the church, 12487 The Plaza.

A bake sale and yard sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The community is invited to come and “pig out.”
