LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lakeport Public Works Department reported that crews will work on water line repair on Monday, Aug. 31.

Lane control will be in effect on High Street between 15th and 16th streets.

Water will be shut off on 14th Street between High Street and N. Forbes Street and High Street between 13th street and 16th Street as they work on the water line.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.

Those who do travel through the area are asked to be aware of workers and drive safely.
