NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Planning Commission of the County of Lake, will hold a public hearing on Oct. 13, 2016, at 9:05 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Lake County Courthouse at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard thereon, to consider adopting, certifying, approving, conditionally approving or denying the WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS project, consisting of the following: 1. Water Supply Assessment; 2. Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) [available for public review September 28, 2016, at County Libraries; Lake County Community Development Department, 3rd floor, County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport and on the county Web site,
http://www.co.lake.ca.us/Government/Directory/Community_Development.htm ]; 3. A mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; 4. An application for Lot Line Adjustment moving roughly 2.87 acres from APN 013-060-11 to APN 013-060-10; 5. An application for a Major Use Permit for a 52,800 case/year winery, with tasting room & tours open to the public 7 days per week from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with up to thirty-five (35) events per year and 6. A complex Grading Permit for eighty (80) acres of vineyards. 

The WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS project is located at 15087, 15591, 15663 & 15807 Spruce Grove Road, Middletown and further described as APNs 013-060-04, 07, 09, 10, 11 & 12.  The Planners processing this application are This email address is being protected from spambots.
