NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing regarding AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN AND TO ARTICLE 72 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, DRAFT MAPPING OF OUTDOOR CANNABIS CULTIVATION EXCLUSIONARY REGIONS AND GRANDFATHER PROVISION FOR CULTIVATORS CURRENTLY COMPLIANT WITH ARTICLE 72.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on September 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

The Planning Commission may forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors at the close of this hearing.
