LAKEPORT, Calif. – This week the Board of Supervisors will present several proclamations for special events this month and continue a number of emergency declarations.
The board will meet beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, in the board chambers on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.

At 9:10 a.m., the board will present three proclamations for various designations May 7 to 13: Correctional Officers Week, Enforcement Officers Week and Wildfire Awareness Week.
In other business, in items timed for 9:16 a.m., 9:17 a.m. and 9:18 a.m., the board will consider continuing proclamations of a declaration of a local emergency due to wildfire conditions for the Rocky, Jerusalem and Valley fires; the Clayton fire; and the atmospheric river storm earlier this year.

CONSENT AGENDA
7.1: Adopt proclamation designating the week of May 7 to 13 as Wildfire Awareness Week in Lake County.
7.2: Adopt resolution approving Agreement No. 16-0696-SF between the county of Lake and the state of California, Department of Food and Agriculture, for compliance with the European Grapevine Moth Detection Program and authorizing execution thereof.
7.3: Approve reissuance of tax refund check from FY 2011/12 to Jeannie Crandall in the amount of $292.06.
7.4: Approve the first amendment to the agreement between the county of Lake and Modesto Residential Living Center LLC for adult residential support services and specialty mental health services for Fiscal Year 2016-17 for a new contract maximum of $2,090 and authorize the chair to sign.
7.5: Adopt the resolution approving the County Mental Health Plan Performance Agreement between the county of Lake and the Department of Health Care Services for Fiscal Year 2016-17 and authorize the Behavioral Health administrator to sign the agreement.
7.6: Adopt resolution authorizing the Health Services director to sign a three-year agreement in the amount of $31,926 for the California Department of Public Health HIV/AIDS Surveillance Program for FY2016- FY2019.
7.7: Adopt a resolution amending Resolution No. 2016-145 establishing position allocations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, Budget Unit 4014, Department of Behavioral Health.
7.8: Adopt resolution changing mileage in county maintained road system.
7.9: Adopt proclamation designating the week of May 7 to 13 as Correctional Officers Week in Lake County.
7.10: Adopt proclamation designating the week of May 7 to 13 as Law Enforcement Officers Week in Lake County.
