LOWER LAKE, Calif. – The Lake County 4-H Citizenship and Leadership group is holding a fundraiser this week for a summertime trip to Washington, DC.

The all-you-can-eat pizza dinner fundraiser will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, at DJ’s Pizza, 16135 Main St. in Lower Lake.

The cost is $8 per person.

All proceeds will benefit Lake County 4-H’s “Sea to Shining Sea and the History Between Us” trip, which will include stops not just in the nation’s capitol but also New York, Philadelphia and Boston.

Students will visit historical sites and learn about our nation's history and government.
