MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – JoAnn Saccato will speak on the health benefits of “Mindfulness” at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Middletown Library.
Saccato is a mindfulness teacher and life coach in Lake County.
She recently authored “Companioning the Sacred Journey: A Guide to Creating a Compassionate Container for Your Spiritual Practice.”
Saccato teaches compassion-based mindfulness for stress reduction, personal clarity and emotional freedom courses throughout Lake County and is an inspirational speaker and consultant throughout Northern California.
This free program is open to the public and will feature the definition and history of mindfulness, current research on its benefits and a brief guided mindfulness exercise.
