LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — The Lake County Registrar of Voters said it will hold a county random alphabet drawing for next year's State Assembly District 4 election.

The drawing will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at the elections office, 325 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.

The process is pursuant to Elections Code Section 13111(i), following the procedures set forth in Elections Code Section 13112.

The results of the drawing will be used to arrange the names of candidates on the county of Lake’s March 5, 2024, Presidential Primary Election official ballots for the legislative office of State Assembly member District 4.
