KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Harry passed away peacefully at home, with his wife Dorothy “Bunny” at his side on April 15, 2016.

A native son of Denmark, Harry immigrated to the United States in 1948, and became a citizen in 1952.

Harry served in United States Air Force during the Korean War as a drill instructor.

He eventually settled in Santa Rosa in the 1960s. Harry and Bunny moved to Kelseyville in 1995.

As a community service activist, wherever Harry lived he was involved with his community and its projects. He also was an active member in the Lions Club and United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 8-8 of Lake County.

Harry is survived by his wife, Bunny; sons, Steve and Rick De Lope’; daughter, Cindy Higgins; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his extended family in Denmark.

A memorial service will be held at the Mountain Lions Clubhouse on May 1 at 1 p.m. in Cobb. For more information please call 707-349-3202.
