LAKEPORT, Calif. – The First 5 Lake Commission will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 14.

The commission will meet beginning at 2 p.m. at the Department of Social Services, 14092 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake.

Agenda items include approval of the January 2018 financial reports, update from the By-Laws Review Subcommittee, update from the Evaluation RFQ Ad Hoc Committee, a presentation on the Kindergarten Data Entry Survey for 2018, and updates and discussion regarding marijuana and tobacco.

There also will be reports from Executive Director Carla Ritz and the commissioners.

All those interested in the well-being of families and young children are encouraged to attend.

The commission includes Chair Pam Klier, Vice Chair Denise Pomeroy and members Brock Falkenberg, Jeff Smith, Crystal Markytan, Susan Jen, Laurie Daly, Carly Swatosh and Allison Panella.
