NORTH COAST, Calif. – Caltrans will conduct a permitted geotechnical investigation on State Route 1 at Salmon Creek bridge beginning Monday, June 17, through Friday, July 21.

One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Motorists should anticipate 20-minute delays.

Access to businesses, side roads, residences, and bicyclists will be maintained at all times.

When work or traffic queues extend through an intersection, additional traffic control will be provided at that intersection.

The purpose of geotechnical studies is to acquire information necessary to determine the appropriate alignments and parameters for the design of the project.
