LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — Clear Lake State Park and Anderson Marsh State Historic Park are looking for enthusiastic volunteers.

State Park volunteers help provide programs to park visitors.

Some of the activities could include leading a bird walk, showing historic buildings, teaching kids to fish or staffing the park’s Visitor Center.

Anyone 18 to 80 who loves nature and sharing information about Lake County’s history is welcome.

Please contact State Park Interpreter Kirk Thomas Olsen at 707-279-1936.
