LAKEPORT, Calif. — The Lakeport Community Blood Drive will take place on Tuesday, May 18.

It will be held from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at United Christian Parish at 745 N Brush St.

There is currently an urgent need for blood and donors are needed to give now to prevent delays in lifesaving medical care for patients.

Donating blood is essential today and every day. Help give somebody a new beginning.

All donors are tested for COVID-19 antibodies.

The blood drive will be held by Vitalant.
