Action items include approval of the April 28 regular meeting minutes and the April 2021 financial statements, and approval of new at-large commissioners Tarin Benson and Justin Gaddy.

Executive Director Carla Ritz will give her report, the commission will evaluate its contract with SEI, consider approval of a $13,125 funding request from United Way of Wine Country for the “Portrait of Lake County” mini report and discuss the RFP process for the next round of multi-year grants.
