LUCERNE, Calif. — Join the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center on Saturday, Sept. 28, for a community breakfast.
Monthly community breakfasts were a tradition at the center a few years ago and they are working to bring that friendly tradition back to the town.
The Sept. 28 breakfast will take place from 9 a.m. to noon and feature tasty fresh-cooked waffles, scrambled eggs with potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice and coffee, tea and cocoa.
This breakfast is open to all ages. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids under 10 accompanied by an adult.
You can get tickets in advance by stopping by Lucerne Alpine Senior Center, 3985 Country Club Drive in Lucerne (between 9th and 10th Avenue) weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tickets will also be available at the door on Sept. 28.
