LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – James William Jacob, a longtime Lake County resident, passed away Oct. 1, 2013, at the age of 75.

He was born Oct. 20, 1937, in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

James was a loving, generous man and a great friend.
