NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application DV 09-01 proposing a deviation from Conditional Certificate of Compliance (CCC 93-1), the County Subdivision Ordinance and County Road Standards requiring that “intermediate turnarounds with a 45 foot improved radius shall be provided along the roadway, but no further apart than every 500 feet,” and a second access road for roadways exceeding 1,000 feet. The project applicant is Sam La Monica. The project is located at 18764 Grange Rd., Middletown, APN 014-270-48. The staff report will be available for review in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on September 24, 2009 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
