NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 09-29 of Richard & Michele Pryor in accordance with Lake County Code to allow construction of a 1200 square foot building as a collectors permit located at 9266 Glenhaven Drive, Glenhaven and further described as APN 035-021-38. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., October 1, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
