NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 05-15, proposing a Parcel Map to divide 4.82 acres into 2 parcels. The project applicant is Lee Ann Hadgis. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-51. The project is located at 6935 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville, CA, and further described as APN 007-016-41. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on January 10, 2008 at 9:30 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
