NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a negative declaration based on INITIAL STUDY IS 08-12 for MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 08-13 for Kelseyville Wine Company Winery in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the expansion and operation of a winery with annual production of a maximum of 15,000 cases, a tasting room, and retail sales located at 5625, 5627 Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville and further described as APN 008-062-9 & 10. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available 20 days and the proposed conditions of approval will be available 10 days before adoption of a negative declaration and issuance of the minor use permit on July 15, 2008 from the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., July 14, 2008. Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 23, 2008 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
