NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PMX 07-04, proposing a one-year extension of time for an approved tentative parcel map (PM 01-18), Deviation (DV 02-01), Variance (VR 02-01) and optional design and improvements standards. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for this project based on Initial Study IS 01-98.
