NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER ADOPTION
OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Use Permit (UP 20-18) to place a 150-foot-tall cell tower on a 26.55+ acre property, and consideration of a Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 20-21) on Thursday, February 25, 2021, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Incline Power LLC.

Owner: Patsy Thorburn.

Proposed Project: New 150-foot-tall cell tower and appurtenant equipment within an 80’ by 80’ fenced enclosure.

Location: 16355 Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA; APN: 010-055-31.

Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative Declaration.
