NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Clearlake City Council Chambers, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA 95422, in order to discuss and approve an allocation of funding and an application for funding and the execution of a grant agreement and any amendments thereto from the State of California’s Community Development Block Grant CDBG-DR Infrastructure Program and/or CDBG-MITIGATION Resilient Infrastructure Program.
Balancing the health risks associated with COVID-19, while appreciating the public’s right to conduct the people’s business in a transparent and open manner, the City wants you to know that you can submit your comments and questions in writing for City Council consideration by sending them to the Administrative Services Director/City Clerk at This email address is being protected from spambots. APPROVED CDBG-DR AND CDBG-MIT ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF: Restoration of infrastructure, housing, economic revitalization, planning, public services, and disaster preparedness. Eligible activities paid for with state CDBG funds for this program will provide unmet recovery needs related to the FEMA Major Disaster Declarations DR-4344 as a result of the 2017 disasters. The above activities are not expected to result in displacement of persons or businesses.
