NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a modification to Minor Use Permit 12-06 with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., April 11, 2021 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Minor Use Permit 12-06. Location: 8267 Red Hills Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 011-056-36.

Project: The proposed modifications allow the addition of specific uses that do not result in environmental impacts. The proposed modifications constitute a minor expansion of the existing use, and they are approved with the finding that the additional uses will not materially change the existing character of the property or surrounding area.
