NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 07-01 proposing a two year time extension for Park Lake Estates Subdivision SD 03-01 on 17 acres proposing to create 69 residential lots for single family homes, 11 duplexes and 9 duplexes for senior housing, for GPD 04-03 and UP 03-13 proposing a General Plan and Specific Plans of Development. The project is located at 6925 and 6965 Hammond Avenue, Nice, and further described as APN 031-052-17 & 22.  The project applicant is Dominic Affinito.  The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 03-47.  The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.  The Planner processing this application is Emily Minton who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.
