Hidden Valley Lake Association: Minor use permit to use stables

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-40) based on Initial Study 08-35 of HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE ASSOCIATION in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the existing stables area to be open to the general public for riding lessons and summer horse camps. The property is located at, 20749 Yankee Valley Road, Hidden Valley Lake, CA and further described as APN 144-111-01. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 5, 2009.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 12, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
