Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, Sept. 6

12:54 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at the Lakeport Lagoons at the main entrance, appears to have been in a traffic collision, and occupied by one unknown subject that was unresponsive to questions, door is ajar. General services rendered.


4:34 p.m. – Arrest made at Kmart for public intoxication; subject has no ride home.


4:59 p.m. – Report of receiving harassing text messages from her boyfriends mother. Report taken.


7:05 p.m. – Man is walking in front of law offices of Feeney and Lunas and stumbling, appears to be extremely drunk. Warning given.


7:19 p.m. – Approximately three juvenile teen males hanging around the dialysis building. Caller believes they do not need to be there as it is private property and wants them checked out. Gone on arrival.


8:01 p.m. – Extra patrol requested during the night due to an employee that was recently fired at Blockbuster. General services rendered.


8:18 p.m. – Domestic cat on the porch stalking caller's chickens on Todd Road Extension. He said the cat is injured and possibly needs to be put down. Referred to Lake County Animal Control.


10:04 p.m. – Report of harassment while at the Fair. General services rendered.


10:18 p.m. – Golf clubs reportedly stolen from a Chevy Colorado in the parking lot behind the old theater on Forbes.


11:53 p.m. – At least two subjects reported to be banging on the door of the guy who owns the hobby shop about 10 minutes ago, residence is fenced in and directly across from the hobby shop.
