8:10 a.m. – Report of a Chevy Suburban parked in the No Parking area where the buses drop off kids at Lakeport Elementary School. Gone on arrival.

9:45 a.m. – Report of a male at Bruno’s with three juveniles in the car yelling at them that he was going to beat them when he got them home and juveniles were crying. Gone on arrival.

12:07 p.m. – Vehicle not in a parking place reported and blocking the curb so wheel chairs can’t get onto the sidewalk at N. High Street. and Second. Citation given.

1:17 p.m. – Elderly female reported in a Lark Cart traveling down the middle of Lakeshore talking on cell phone and is a traffic hazard. Warning given.

2:04 p.m. – Mother-in-law reportedly took all of her belongings out of the house before she was notified that her husband was fatally wounded and threw them away at the Bel Air Apartments.

8:14 p.m. – Terminally ill female patient is being taken by another family member on 10th Street. Daughter called and asked her to call 911 as daughter is the caretaker. Family member is a heroine addict, she did not report any weapons, but daughter was afraid to call 911 with the family member there. General services rendered.
