Occurred on Pomo Rd. Big lifted black truck parked on the crosswalk on the corner of a school crosswalk. Blocking traffic and unsafe for children to cross the street because oncoming traffic, view is blocked due to a truck being parked on the corner right on the cross walk. This is an ongoing issue and has been called in several times. This house also is about 15-20 feet away from the school and residents are always outside smoking pot and blocking traffic with other cars parked and being driven from their residence.
