UKIAH – The Mendocino College men’s basketball team defeated Team Called Sweat 93-72 in the Eagle Invitational on Thursday at Mendocino College.

Sophomore Canyon Miller (Analy) had 31 points, Sophomore Joe Guastella (San Pedro) had 13 points and Freshman Terrel Young (Foothill) had 10 points.

In other action, College of Marin defeated College of Siskiyous 77-62, Butte College beat Las Positas 61-58 and Cuesta College defeated Lassen College 89-88 in overtime.

On Saturday, the consolation game is set for 1 p.m., the third place game is at 3 p.m. and the championship game is at 5 p.m.
