Galilee Lutheran Church's message at start of Advent season focuses on kindness

KELSEYVILLE – This Sunday, Nov. 29, is the beginning of the Advent season, and Galilee Lutheran Church's theme for the season this year is “Open before Christmas.”


Rev. Denis Eucalyptus, the interim pastor, will deliver a sermon Sunday on “The gift of kindness,” which is the first gift to be opened before Christmas.


Refreshments will be served after the service.


Sunday school will be held at 9 a.m. for the children. Adult Bible study also is at 9 a.m. and repeated at 11:30 a.m. with a continuation of the video “The New Testament” followed by discussion.
