LOWER LAKE – The Ugandan Orphans Choir will perform this Wednesday, April 21, at the Lower Lake Community United Methodist Church.

The concert will begin at 7 p.m. No tickets are required.

Don’t miss your chance to experience a little bit of Africa when the Ugandan Orphans choir arrives in Lake County.

These talented children – five girls and five boys – are delighting audiences with their dramatic drumming, amazing athletic dancing and beautiful harmonies as they perform traditional African folk songs and other songs they’ve learned in English.

The Ugandan Orphans Choir is part of the ministry of Childcare Worldwide. Their goal is to “Help Children Survive and Succeed” through child sponsorship programs.

Childcare Worldwide has ministered in East Africa for many years and has made a difference in the lives of thousands of boys and girls.

The Ugandan Orphans Choir Concert is sponsored by five United Methodist Churches: Clearlake UMC, Middletown UMC, Lower Lake UMC, Upper Lake UMC, and Kelseyville UMC.

Bring your family and friends to this free concert for a great encounter of “mission in action.” You will not forget this experience.

The Lower Lake Community United Methodist Church is located at 16255 Second St., Lower Lake, Calif.
