LAKEPORT, Calif. – Lakeport Christian Center will host Daniel and Noreen McGaffee, veteran missionaries to Malawi, on Sunday, Sept. 13, at the 10:30 a.m. service.

Daniel and Noreen McGaffee, along with their children, began ministering in Africa on Jan. 1, 1995.

Their early terms of ministry included Namibia and Kenya. They have just concluded their fourth term of ministry in Malawi.

Malawi is in southern Africa, bordering Tanzania, Mozambique and Zambia. The population is about 16,800,000. It is nicknamed “The Warm Heart of Africa.”

Malawi is among the most densely populated countries and least developed; about 85 percent of the people live in rural areas.

Their focal points of ministry in Malawi include Bible college training, teaching the Bible, theology and courses on how to interpret the scriptures in order to help the students be better equipped in proclaiming the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

They also hold evangelistic crusades throughout Malawi. Many have been saved, healed and delivered. Looking for a healing? Come to Lakeport Christian Center and be blessed.

Lakeport Christian Center is located near the fairgrounds at 455 S. Forbes St. in Lakeport.
