MIDDLETOWN – Middletown Community United Methodist Church has a number of special events planned for Easter Week.


Special Easter Week services will begins with the Maundy Thursday service, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. April 9, with a potluck soup supper followed by meditation and communion.


A Good Friday meditation will be held at 6 p.m. April 10 in the Methodist Church Sanctuary.


On Sunday, April 12, the Easter service will begin at 10 a.m. Following the service at 11:30 a.m. will be an Easter egg hunt which is open to the community.


Middletown Community United Methodist Church practices open hearts, open minds and open doors. Whoever you are and wherever you are in your journey of faith, you are welcome.


The church and social hall are located one block off Highway 29 at 15388 Armstrong Street, at the corner of Washington and Armstrong in Middletown.
