LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Lake County Public Services Department announced that the Eastlake Landfill and the Public Services office will be closed Thursday, July 4, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

Curbside garbage service will be delayed one day for the rest of the week.

The Eastlake Landfill will reopen on Friday, July 5, and the Public Services office will reopen on Monday, July 8.

Normal operating hours at the landfill are 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The Public Services office is normally open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
